This stuff is cheap (basically free because you’re just using bits of veggies from other things that would otherwise be thrown away), taste SO much better than the store-bought stuff, and is super easy to make. – 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– 1 dried bay leaf
– 1/4 tsp whole peppercorns
– 1 quart water
– 1/2 tsp salt *optional*
– splash of white wine or apple cider vinegar *optional*
