1 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water
1tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1-inch Cinnamon Sticks
2 Green Cardamom
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Cream

About Makhani
Makhani is a Punjabi word meaning “butter” and may refer to several dishes from Punjabi cuisine. Veg Makhanwala, the gravy is prepared usually with butter (makhan), fresh cream, cauliflower, carrots, green peas & tomatoes. Spices such as red chili powder and garam masala are also used to prepare this gravy. Some steps includes – Adding spices like cardamom and bay leaf. Usage of sour curd into the gravy (though in some preparation methods only tomatoes are used).Generous usage of butter. Use garam masala, red chili powder, kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
