Instant Jowar Dosa Recipe | Jowar Dosa Recipe – Glutten-Free Recipes | How to make Jowar dosa
Glutten Free, healthy and made with just few ingredients, Jowar dosa tastes as good as Rava Dosa. Must try.
Ingredients :
1/4 cup jowar (sorghum) atta
Salt as per taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 cup water
Finely chopped vegetables
(coriander, green chillies & onion)
Oil
Method :
Take a mixing bowl
Add 1/4 cup jowar atta
Add salt as per taste
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Add 1 cup water gradually and mix it well
Add some finely chopped vegetables
(coriander, green chillies & onion)
Mix it and make runny batter
Heat up the pan, keep it on high heat
Add a drop of oil and wipe with tissue
Stir the batter and pour it on pan
Drizzle some oil / ghee
Cook it on high heat
Flip when it turns golden-brown
(or remove it without flipping)
Make more dosas with the same procedure
