Ingredients for Gravy –
2 tblsps Oil
1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
2 green Cardamom (Elaichi)
1 piece Cinnamon (Dalchini)
1 Capsicum diced
Paste prepared above
2 tblsps Fresh Curd (Fresh Dahi)
2 tblsps Malai
1 tsp red Chilly powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 pinch Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1/2 cup boiled Beans
1/2 cup boiled Cauliflower
1/2 cup boiled Green Peas (Mutter)
15 to 20 Palak ke patte (Spinach leaves)
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
50 gram Paneer cubes
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
