Zannah Crowe, Horticulturist for Johnson’s Gardens in Cedarburg, WI presents “Creating a Garden of Four Season Interest”. As the seasons change in WI, you can still have interesting gardens that are beautiful and fit nicely into a natural landscape. Zannah highlights all four seasons, recommends plants to highlight each, and describes how one season’s beauty melds into another. She takes a minimalist approach to garden cleanup by waiting until she has seen all of the beauty of a plant in all four seasons. Zannah stresses form, texture and color year round beginning with winter and working her way through the fall.
