Basmati rice 1 cup or 250 gms
Whole spices

green cardamon 2 big nos

Onion sliced 1 no
Green chilli 1 nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Carrot 30 gms
Potato 25 gms
Beans 20 gms
Cauliflower 20 gms
green peas 20 gms
Mint leafs 20 nos
Milk 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
