Fermented pickles are a wonderful way to add healthy Lacto-fermented probiotics to the daily diet. This fermented recipe calls for only two required ingredients salt and non-chlorinated water. The rest of it is to taste. I hope you try this simple process to start fermenting vegetables. This is also a great way to store pickles for the long term. I am a canning rebel, so please do your own research as far as the canning process. I am following an old Russian canning process of turning the jars upside and covering with a towel until cool.
