Today we make a Fermented Zucchini Relish fresh from the GARDEN. Fermenting is a great way to preserve the garden harvest. When you make the Zucchini make sure to save some seeds for next years plantings. On the last video Doug was hard at work finishing the outdoor Kitchen and in this video we finish up and show you how it looks!
