How To Ferment Limes

Hey guys enjoy the video they are super healthy and tasty if you have any questions leave them in the comments. Any foods you want me to ferment let me know. USES FOR FERMENTED LIMES BELOW

I forgot to mention what to do with your fermented limes, here’s a few suggestions. First thing to remember is that you eat all of the lime, yep, the skin and flesh, both are pretty delicious!! You can add them to any Moroccan/North African dish. Blitz a few and fold them into a good quality mayonnaise to create a yummy probiotic aioli. Fish ‘n Chips get a whole heap healthier with a few wedges of fermented lime. Use the brine as a substitute for vinegar in any salad dressing. Add a wedge or or two to a green smoothie. Blend a handful of fermented limes and keep this paste in your fridge and use it when marinating seafood or chicken. Julianne a few fermented limes and add them to a salad. If you enjoy a frozen margarita on a hot day, try adding a wedge of fermented lime to your favourite mix. Finally, try to avoid heating any fermented food, like us, bacteria stop working so well when they are too hot.
