What to Intercrop with Climbing Beans to Maximize Yields In Your Permaculture Garden

By letter2self on March 29, 2025

In this video I share the best plants to intercrop with climbing beans to maximise yields in your vegetable garden. Climbing beans such as runner beans are a fantastic crop that allow you to plant many other edible crops so you can grow as much food as possible, and it is especially useful if you have a small space vegetable garden such as a patio garden. Intercropping, which is also known as interplanting, is a great tool for permaculture vegetable gardeners as it helps encourage diversity in planting and improve the soil health.
