Huldr – How to Mend

By letter2self on December 7, 2022

In late feruary Ravn Norment-Åsdam, Zelda Maria Carmina Lyseng-Storvik, Zakarias Meyer Øverli and I climbed Rundemannen (a mountain in Bergen) to shoot this Wim Hof inspired video. Exposing yourself to the cold, letting it go through you without loosing your calm. Finding peace in yourself and nature.

“How to Mend” is written by Huldr in collaboration with Magnus Nyborg Berg.
