Alia’s Tips: Freezing Fruits

By letter2self on January 27, 2023

I love going to the Farmers’ market, especially here in California, where you can get the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables. So when I find a great deal on fruit or would like to keep seasonal fruit for later, I get extra and freeze it! You can use the frozen fruits to make smoothies by blending them with some water and sugar. You can also use them in jams, purees, pie fillings, or any other recipes that require fruits more for flavoring than for appearance.
