Not for the squeamish, I butcher a black bear that an Instagram friend gave to me from a hunter at his nearby deer camp. I end up with 50+ meals of high quality wild game meat which I package and freeze overnight before burying it in the ground behind my log cabin and covering it in straw for insulation to keep it frozen in the event of a warm spell.
